FAQ
1) I never been on a board before, can I do SUP yoga?
Stand Up Paddling is a great sport for anyone who loves being on the water. We use large boards (10'4 in Length) and can hold up to (110kg in weight). We will show you how to use your board, hold your paddle and what to do when you fall in from holding a balancing pose too long!
2) I never done yoga or a yoga newbie, can I join SUP yoga?
Absolutely! You're exactly who we want to meet! We want to share our love for yoga and connection with the sea by taking our practice off the mat and onto the water.
3) I can't swim, can I join SUP yoga?
You must be able to swim as we do fall into the water and have to get back on to the boards. If you're not a strong swimmer, we have life jackets for you to wear!
4) How long will the session last?
Our lessons including SUP Tutorial before hitting the water and yoga is 90 minutes.
5) What will be the time?
It depends on the day! Check our schedule for date and times that we are running the sessions.
6) Cost?
500HKD incl. board/paddle
7) How does a day look like?
A day will look something like this (timing changes depending on location and whether morning or afternoon session)
10:00 am gather at Stanley Main Beach
***We are located between the windsurfing school and dragon boats
10:15 am start with a safety orientation and an introduction to SUP and warm up on the beach with your board
11:30 back to island to pack up, shower and change
