Diana (Dee) Cheung
CO-FOUNDER

stepped onto her first mat at the formative age of sixteen in her hometown of Toronto, Canada. She found yoga as a form of movement that wasn't a performance and didn't require anything but presence.

In 2011 she began her studies into yoga with her beloved teachers, Patrick Creelman at Pure Yoga Hong Kong, Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest, Yoga Therapy with Ross Rayburn, Birthlight Baby Yoga with Sally Lomas and Radiant Child Yoga with Jenny Smith.

After a heart opening travel around the world, connecting with people from all walks of life, Dee recognizes a deep need for yoga in all communities and age groups, to pause, re connect with the breath and live with an open heart.

Jessica Lee

initially discovered yoga at age 17 as a substitute for her childhood hobbies of gymnastics and acrobatics.
Soon after, she discovered acroyoga, a practice that combines everything she loves, and has since actively built and grown the local community through her Facebook group Acroyoga Hong Kong.

After almost a decade of practicing yoga, she completed her RYT-200 and advanced teacher training with Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein in 2014, and took part in the first ACROVINYASA level 1 & 2 teacher trainings with Honza and Claudine Lafond of YogaBeyond.
